The Mind Field, Inc. Presents the Fourth Annual Minority Mental Health Fair

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Now in Its Fourth Year — A Free Community Event Bringing Mental Health Resources, Support, and Healing to Minority Communities in Dallas

DALLAS, TX — The Mind Field, Inc. is proud to announce the Fourth Annual Minority Mental Health Fair, a free, community-centered event taking place on Friday, April 25, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Juanita J. Craft Recreation Center, Dallas, TX.

This landmark event is designed to break down barriers to mental health care and foster healing, connection, and empowerment within minority communities.

Mental health disparities in minority communities remain a significant public health challenge. Stigma, lack of culturally competent care, and limited access to resources continue to leave far too many individuals without the support they need. Now in its fourth year, the Minority Mental Health Fair is a direct response to that gap — offering free resources, education, and community in an accessible, welcoming environment that has grown stronger with each passing year.

What to Expect

Attendees will have access to a wide range of mental health resources, vendors, and interactive programming throughout the day. Highlights of the event include:

• Mental health vendors and resource booths offering information, screenings, and direct connections to local services

• Community networking opportunities to connect with mental health professionals, advocates, and peers

• Wellness activities designed to promote self-care and holistic well-being

• The Healing Blueprint — a special panel discussion held in the multipurpose room (details below)

Featured Panel: The Healing Blueprint

One of the centerpiece offerings of the fair is The Healing Blueprint, a panel discussion taking place in the multipurpose room during the event. This panel will bring together mental health professionals, community leaders, and advocates to engage in an open, candid conversation about pathways to healing specifically tailored to the lived experiences of minority communities.

The Healing Blueprint aims to provide attendees with practical tools, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of culturally informed approaches to mental wellness. This is more than a panel — it is a blueprint for sustainable healing and community resilience.
